The objective for the DIY Kit is to make it as easy as possible to get input from everyone in a session. We're piloting it to make sure this is practical, to "test the mechanics" as we used to say in my planning practice. We need a group of eight or so to do this.
Beyond that, yes, neighborhood associations and similar organizations could be great opportunities to convene visioning sessions. We just need to make sure it's easy to do consistently.
