We do not have a list of roles yet, Alayna. That’s a good first step for getting organized… along with getting folks to step up to each role. I have a preliminary checklist for dialogues that I’ll share at our next regular meeting next Tuesday, which should be a good starting point for roles. For today, the input form is paper-based and very simple. It’s a bit of an experiment as much as a tactic for getting folks’ inputs. We have several options for digital means to gather input, but that will require a bit more planning to make sure they’re easy to do and don’t distract from connecting. BTW, if you send email to this address, cvsg@list.chattanooga.digital, everyone who has expressed interest in actively participating in the Study Group will get it (although, I suspect it’s going into some folks’ spam folders).
